Natasha Simon, NP-C

Co-Founder / Nurse Aesthetician

Natasha Simon, APRN, AGPCNP-C, is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult and geriatric primary care, hormone and testosterone replacement therapy, and advanced aesthetic medicine. Her diverse clinical background includes serving in a Level One Trauma Center in Boston and working as a primary care provider in a community hospital in Dorchester, MA. Natasha has also held the role of Assistant Director of the Health and Science Department at Quincy College and currently teaches at Laboure College of Healthcare. Her career spans community health, women’s wellness, and hormone optimization. At Toxmeup Medical Spa, Natasha leads with a patient-first approach, combining clinical expertise with innovative wellness strategies to help clients feel and function at their best.

Ciara Jaro, NP-BC

Co-Founder / Nurse Aesthetician

Ciara is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care (AGPCNP). She brings extensive medical experience from her ongoing work in a Level One Trauma Center in Boston, specializing in trauma and neuroscience intensive care. Ciara has also shared her expertise in academia, having taught nursing students at Laboure College of Healthcare in Milton, MA and Quincy College. As the co-founder of Toxmeup Medical Spa, she blends her advanced clinical background with a passion for aesthetics and wellness. Her approach is rooted in safety, compassion, and evidence-based care, offering each client a personalized and empowering experience.
